Sign up for Group reformer classes on Wellness Living.

For private Pilates, email the studio at pharbek@hotmail.com

What should I wear to class?

Most students wear athletic pants/shorts with a t-shirt or tank. Shoes are not allowed on the equipment, but socks with grips are!

What should I bring to class?

Just your self and some water! Water is also available for purchase.

Where do I enter the studio?

For group reformer, enter the side of the building that faces the car wash.

For private Pilates, enter the door that faces Robley.

How long are classes?

Group reformer classes are 50 minutes, private Pilates sessions are 55 minutes.

Do I have to be a Pilates pro to take

a group reformer class?

No! We do recommend private classes to feel comfortable with the equipment prior to taking group reformer, but it is not required.

Do you offer memberships?

No, with a limited number of reformers it would be unfair to offer limitless classes. Each class has to be prebooked through Wellness Living (our booking site).

Do I have to be flexible to take a Pilates class?

No! That's what Pilates class is for, to get more flexible!

Is Pilates like yoga?

Yes and no. There are several exercises that look very similar to a yoga class.

The biggest difference is the equipment that is utilized in Pilates.
